Transparent Terms of Service

Gogotes ("Service", "Platform") is an online assessment and Computer-Based Testing (CBT) engine engineered and operated by GogoLabs Studio. By registering, accessing, or deploying exams, your institution or organization ("User", "Evaluator") agrees to these terms voluntarily.

• Evaluator: The school, university, company, training institute, or instructor configuring examination rooms.
• Candidate: The student, applicant, or trainee taking the exam through the access link or classroom token provided by the Evaluator.

Gogotes operates on a transparent usage-based credit model free of monthly retainers:

• Exam Sessions: 1 credit is consumed per active candidate who starts an exam session. Absent candidates do not consume credits.
• AI Conversions: 1 credit extracts up to 10 valid questions from PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, or TXT documents.
• Perpetual Balance: All purchased credits never expire and remain permanently valid until consumed.
• Zero Auto-Renewal: We do not store credit card credentials for automatic billing. All credit purchases are manually confirmed by you.

We adhere to strict data ownership boundaries:

• Sole IP Rights: All questions, KaTeX formulas, answer rubrics, and documents uploaded remain the exclusive property of the Evaluator.
• No AI Exploitation: We will never use your private question banks to train public AI models or share them with third parties.
• Instant Data Portability: You can export full gradebooks and question banks to standard Microsoft Excel or CSV at any time.

• Session Telemetry: The system logs window blur events, fullscreen status changes, and response timestamps to furnish proctors with transparent audit reports.
• 5-Minute Network Grace Period: If candidate connectivity drops, responses are held securely in local memory cache and synced immediately upon reconnection.
• System Protection: Reverse engineering, bot attacks, and vulnerability exploits are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account suspension.
