1. Information We Collect

Minimalist Collection: We only gather information strictly required to facilitate your examination sessions.

A. Evaluator & Administrator Accounts:

Full name, administrative email for authentication, organization title, and credit purchase records.

B. Exam Candidates (Students & Applicants):

Defined strictly by the Evaluator, typically limited to Candidate Name and Identifier (such as Student ID or Roll Number). Candidates are not required to provide personal phone numbers, home addresses, or personal passwords.

C. Technical Telemetry:

To guarantee examination integrity, the system logs response timestamps, window focus blur events, and network connection status.

2. How We Utilize Your Information

Execute automated grading and compile gradebook analytics for Evaluators.
Enforce integrity checks preventing session manipulation across test environments.
Deliver critical system notifications and purchase confirmations to Evaluator emails.
We NEVER engage in behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. Student & Minor Privacy Safeguards

In compliance with educational data protection standards:

Student answers are accessible solely by authorized educators within the respective school.
We do not profile or monitor students outside of their official examination rooms.
No biometric facial data is stored or harvested into public training corpora.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You maintain full sovereignty over your data:

Full Data Portability: Export all gradebooks and question banks to Excel or CSV whenever desired.
Permanent Erasure: You can request complete deletion of past exams or institutional accounts, removing all records from active production databases.
